Extra Support for Postnatal Mums This January

We’re delighted to share some exciting news for our postnatal community at Moveology this January.

Throughout the month, our resident Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Dr Laura Bangs, from Dahlia Medical, will be joining us in the studio after each Thursday Postnatal Reformer class for an informal coffee and chat.

This is the perfect opportunity for postnatal mums to ask questions and talk openly about their birth experience, recovery process, and wider women’s health concerns, in a relaxed and supportive environment.

What you can expect:

  • Dr Laura will be available for 30 minutes immediately after the Postnatal Reformer class, from 11:45am on each Thursday in Janaury.

  • She’ll be based in the members’ area, staying on for a friendly, informal discussion

  • There’s no need to book, you’re welcome to stay after class or drop in for a chat

With over 20 years of NHS experience, Dr Laura is known for being warm, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable. This is a safe space to discuss anything that’s on your mind, from postnatal recovery and pelvic health to reassurance, guidance and next steps for support if needed.

At Moveology, we’re passionate about supporting women through every stage of life, and we’re proud to offer this additional level of care alongside our postnatal movement classes.
