What’s the Difference Between Strength & Conditioning classes and Small Group Movement Therapy?

At Moveology, our Small Group Movement Therapy sessions are very different to Strength and Conditioning classes.

While both classes will help you move better and feel stronger, the difference lies in the personalisation, focus, and depth of support you receive.

Our Small Group Movement Therapy Sessions are the next level of tailored movement. Our movement therapists will work with you so that you have a plan for your body based on your individual need that can also be goal-specific.

It is perfect for those that have experienced injuries, mobility challenges or anyone that wants a bespoke approach to feel at their best while being in a small, friendly, group environment. Unlike Strength and Conditioning classes, each session is built around your own personal movement goals, whether you are rebuilding after injury, improving posture or looking for deeper body awareness and control.

Because Movement Therapy sessions include personalised movements, and individualised time for you, they sit at a slightly higher price than a normal strength and conditioning class, but with the advantage of 1:1 support. You’re investing in a tailored experience designed specifically for you, it’s not just a workout, but a movement plan that will support you for life.
