I have been working in the fitness arena since 2014, starting my journey with a Level 2 Gym Instructor and ETM qualification alongside Pre and Post natal Fitness. While I successfully ran a postnatal business around Cheshire, I progressed into an Advanced Postnatal Practitioner alongside becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer and created CP Body Conditioning. I continued to study more around Biomechanics and Anatomy and then a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification.
After completing a Level 3 Reformer Pilates qualification, I was able to progress from Personal Training more towards Movement Therapy to help bridge the gap between a Personal Trainer and a Physiotherapist. This led to the opportunity of working at Radcliffe Group as the Class Director for four years from 2020 to 2024, growing and developing a class timetable across a variety of exercise classes while continuing to grow the Women Health offerings and managing a team of instructors.
I qualified as an EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) therapist to support my one-to-one Movement Therapy sessions, as well as continuing to teach Reformer Pilates, Strength and Conditioning and Circuit classes.
My passion for Womens health has continued to grow leading onto studying Menopause in more detail and best training practices for females as they age.
My skill set enables me to collaborate with clients and patients, both male and female, using Movement Therapy, EMS, Strength and Conditioning and Reformer Pilates sessions.
My journey continues in 2025, over the next two years, I will be studying and aiming to qualifying as a Level 3 and 4 Sports Masseuse, with injury diagnosis methodologies, leading into Medical Acupuncture for advanced treatment offerings. Then moving onto a level 5 Diploma in Womens Health to offer full consultancy packages to all women who may need advice and help.
To help share my drive and passion for all things health and wellbeing with many more people, I will be opening the doors of Moveology Studio in June 2025.
