Our UNIQUE postnatal conditioning class uses a combination of Reformer Pilates alongside Strength and Conditioning to bring you a full recovery programme working on building strength from the inside out.
The reformer enables us to mobilise the body safely helping to release tension while you stretch as well as warm up the joints and key muscles.
Starting with breath and pelvic floor work, you will learn how to strengthen your pelvic floor and engage this key muscle through movement. Then our Strength element uses a mixture of bodyweight, resistance bands and weighted movements to build strength and endurance for everyday life with little ones!
Join us from 4-6 week post birth (start date can vary dependant on type of birth and medical background) Baby is welcome too!

When can you start postnatal classes?
Most women can begin gentle postnatal exercise around six weeks after a vaginal birth and around eight to twelve weeks after a caesarean birth, depending on medical guidance. If you are unsure, our team is happy to advise you on the best starting point for your recovery.
