Our expert-led postnatal sessions focus on functional strength, core restoration and real-life movement. Come as you are, baby, buggy and all. You’ll be welcomed, supported and gently guided through every phase.

Our UNIQUE postnatal conditioning class uses a combination of Reformer Pilates alongside Strength and Conditioning to bring you a full recovery programme working on building strength from the inside out.

The reformer enables us to mobilise the body safely helping to release tension while you stretch as well as warm up the joints and key muscles.

Starting with breath and pelvic floor work, you will learn how to strengthen your pelvic floor and engage this key muscle through movement. Then our Strength element uses a mixture of bodyweight, resistance bands and weighted movements to build strength and endurance for everyday life with little ones!

Join us from 4-6 week post birth (start date can vary dependant on type of birth and medical background) Baby is welcome too!
