We offer Small group movement therapy sessions which are designed for a small number of participants just 6 people. They focus on improving overall physical fitness by combining exercises aimed at building muscle strength, enhancing cardiovascular endurance, boosting agility, and refining movement patterns.
The small group setup allows for more personalised coaching compared to large group sessions, ensuring participants get tailored guidance and support. Sessions will include weightlifting, resistance training, bodyweight exercises and mobility drills. Whether you’re aiming to increase stamina, tone muscles, recover from an injury, or elevate athletic performance, these sessions are adaptable to individual fitness goals.
They’re suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners seeking to build foundational strength to athletes looking for conditioning programs to support their sport.
We also offer Movement therapy sessions on a 1:1 basis.
