We are unique in how I train the female body, implementing the latest breathing techniques, movement patterns and body positions to get you strong from the inside out.
Postnatal Classes
- Programming design specifically for mums
- Postnatal classes suitable for all abilities
- Small group sessions of 8, babies are welcome in the postnatal classes
- Advanced programming to get you stronger from birth and beyond
- 60-minute class – An hour to be more than a Mum, socialise with others, reconnect with your body, and enjoy some adult conversation
We use Reformer Pilates to maintain and re-establish mobility post birth. A key element of the Reformer Pilates and conditioning programming is teaching you how to connect with your breath. We will also show you how to bring attention and connection to your pelvic floor, core and glute muscles – not only in stillness, but with movement – the key to a stronger body from the inside out.
Why do you need to condition the postnatal body? Because mums lift every day, and we want to ensure you are conditioned and strong enough to handle everyday life and all it throws at you!

Our women’s health approach focuses on understanding these changes and adapting exercise to
support your body rather than working against it.
