Whether she’s in the gym or horse riding, her passion for fitness naturally led her to Pilates and ultimately to Moveology. Her teaching style blends gym-inspired training with the reformer, creating strong, dynamic classes where you’ll feel the burn while still moving well.

She’s deeply passionate about women’s health and helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.

Emily loves supporting clients in getting back to movement, whether that’s post-injury, postnatal, or simply rebuilding strength and confidence to enjoy everyday life to the fullest.

In her classes, expect a motivating, upbeat energy where you’ll feel comfortable, supported, and have a lovely time along the way. Emily brings great knowledge in injury recovery and pre/post-natal movement, with the ability to tailor exercises so everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level.

Looking ahead, Emily is excited to grow her instructing career full-time and expand her knowledge in nutrition to support clients even further on their wellbeing journey.
