I’m Nick , an ex-Navy Medic with over a decade of experience as a Strength & Conditioning coach and 9 years working with Reformer Pilates. Over the years, I’ve coached everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes — and what I’ve found is that the magic happens when you combine the control and precision of Pilates with the power and functionality of strength training.

My classes deliver a true full-body workout that goes beyond the usual Pilates session. I focus on bridging the gap between Reformer Pilates and functional fitness, helping you build strength, improve posture, boost mobility, and perform better — both inside and outside the class
