We’re excited to launch our upcoming Women’s Health Workshop, designed to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to better understand their bodies throughout every stage of life. Led by Dr. Laura Bangs and Lottie, this workshop blends expert education with practical insights, all within a supportive and relaxed environment.

We are offering two sessions on Saturday 7th February to choose from:

  • Morning: 10:15am – 12:30pm
  • Afternoon: 1:00pm – 3:15pm

What to Expect

A Warm Welcome

Your session begins with an arrival drink at The Green Room (included in your ticket), followed by a relaxed introduction before diving into the day’s topics.

10:30–11:30 – Anatomy & Physiology, the Female Lifecycle and Pelvic Floor with Dr. Laura Bangs

11:30–11:45 – Refreshment break & studio/gym tour
